It is a family orientated building with a lovely atmosphere on a private road with 24 / 7 security around the building: CCTV, security reception and a guest intercom. The apartment is situated on the 9th floor with an exquisite city and airport view. It is inclusive with all facilities. There are two modern lifts, 24hr direct gas, and 24hr hot & cold running water. Additionally included are amenities for guests to enjoy such as a swimming pool, a jogging track, a gym, a clubhouse, a landscape garden and a fun play area for the children.
Our apartment is fully and beautifully furnished to a very high standard, with a combination of both east and west culture incorporating beautifully handmade maharaja style furniture, It has AC in both bedrooms, fans in all rooms, a 40" LCD TV choice with over 400 channels showing live English premiership & European football matches as well as a variety of other channels to suit your taste. A cinema sound DVD player and telephone with free local calls and with two cordless phones are additionally included, along with a PC with Microsoft Office, a laser printer, scanner and 24 hrs complimentary wifi/broadband.
The apartment has fully equipped European style kitchen to make you feel at home with the latest appliances - a gas cooker, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, cutlery, cookery utensils, a washing machine and also an iron with ironing board. also, there are two European style shower rooms with WC and an en-suite in the master bedroom.
Health & Safety; first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarm fitted.
