“We had a wonderful stay in your apartment in Mumbai during our visit from 27th Apr to 29th Apr. The house is clean and very well maintained. Right from the time we left our destination to reach Mumbai, we were in constant communication with Mr. Arif. As soon as we arrived, Mr. Vishal came over to help us settle down and walk us through the apartment. The location of the apartment is very good too though a bit too close to the traffic. After a long day outside, we had so many different options for food (to be delivered at our doorstep). We utilized the car services of Mr. Sathya.

Mr. Sathya sent one Mr. Prashant who was excellent - highly recommend him. Prashant was our driver when we drove around Mumbai. He drove very well and explained every tourist attraction with patience. “We were a family of four travelling from North America and we had a great time staying here! The place was very clean and comfortable and everyone we interacted with was lovely and friendly. We were picked up at the airport by Vishal and he helped us get set up in the apartment, showing us air conditioning, dishes, etc. I was also in contact with the manager, who was very responsive. I didn't have an Indian phone number so I could only communicate when I had wifi, but the wifi was quite good in the apartment (even when we were using three or four devices) so I was able to communicate with the manager in the morning and evening when I was at the apartment. The apartment is in a complex on the 9th floor so it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning works like a charm, which was essential in the Mumbai heat, and there was plenty of space for a family of four, with one master bedroom, two twin beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and living room. Once you leave the complex, there's a bustling street with lots of restaurants and cafes. We tried a few of them and had great experiences. Continue – Umendra Prasad

Continue – Umendra Prasad - All of the food was safe and healthy, and most of the places we encountered delivered to the apartment. Part of the information in the binders in the apartment includes drivers that you can hire, and we chose a man named Shankar, who was absolutely great! He lives nearby so he was able to come over quickly as soon as we called him in the morning. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the city and we hired him every day that we were in Mumbai, including to take us to the airport; we had quite a few bags between the four of us, so his van was a good size for all of us. He was also available whenever we needed him and didn't mind waiting a few hours for us, so that he was available as soon as we wanted to go back. Continue Umendra Prasad

Continue Umendra Prasad - Very friendly and courteous. There was a cleaning lady who worked in the building and came every single morning unless we specifically asked her not to. She was very thorough in her cleaning and unobtrusive; she left the place looking spotless the entire time that we were there and she was also very nice and friendly. The building is guarded at all times by a security guard who mans the front desk, as well as security at the entrances to the complex. They were also friendly and greeted us every time they saw us entering or leaving. The location is about an hour's drive (including traffic) from the main downtown area of Mumbai, where the Gateway to India is, but it's directly situated between the downtown area, the Sanjay Gandhi National Park (which is a must-see), and Juhu Beach, so I would say that it is fairly centrally located in..

The apartment is very nice and as described. Not much interaction with Arif or Vishal, But very helpful on the phone when assistance was required. Would recommend to family and friends in future. Only one fault the living room needs AC fitting, as it is very uncomfortable to relay in this heat with family. Overall, though, can not fault.A lot of time and thought has gone into making this apartment feel like a Home and you have successfully done this. Thank you to you all. This is our second time staying in this apartment and we all enjoyed our stay very clean and spacious. All staff is friendly and the cleaner comes every morning. Accurate description of the house, well equipped, good communication, excellent check in procedure. General upkeep and housekeeping could be improved for sure.
