The apartment is tastefully furnished and comfortable for a family of up to 5 persons. It is very near to the International Airport terminal (10-15 minutes drive, depending on traffic). The staff is very cooperative and quick to respond to any issues that I brought up. The surroundings aren't exactly the most pleasant (lots of traffic on a narrow road, especially during rush hour), but then that's Mumbai for you. This place is ideal for someone looking for a place that is located conveniently close to the airport, is clean and comfortable, and well serviced. Hosts' listing of the unit was accurate. Once we stepped in, we felt at home. It was good for the whole family. A couple of little quirks that needs fixing but does not affect the whole experience, eg some electrical appliances not working. None of us spoke Hindi, so it was a little challenge to speak to some member of staff, bu the manager who did spoke english. and was helpful indeed through phone conversations, he went above and beyond to help us- Satchi Ragava - Western Australia- Austrailia- Mumbai Holiday Apartment has replaced the electrical appliance (Kettle) due to wear & tear. Regarding the issue of language, we do ensure the manager who is fluent in English and always available in need of the guest. However,  It should be noted English is not a national language of India and sometime the maid may have difficulty speaking in English but never the less the maid work is not affected due to the language barrier.

My wife and I live in London, We rented the Mumbai Holiday Apartment to accommodate us and three other relatives for 29/05/15 to 06/06/15. The purpose of our trip was to spend few days with our niece and her parents in a Home Environment. My niece is a cancer patient receiving treatment in Mumbai. During our stay there we felt at home and found the place was clean and in a good decorative order with elegant looking furniture throughout as well as more than enough utensils were available for our self-catering needs. You couldn't have asked for a better place to stay after a 24 hour flight. The house has everything that a 2BHK apartment should have. It's just 15 mins away from the airport and a mile away from all the eating places, and a mile away from all the eating places. The house is well maintained. The lady cleans the house every morning is really supportive and for travellers, they don't need to worry about cleaning the place. We came to Mumbai for a week-long business trip and had a lovely stay at Mumbai Holiday Apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean (with daily maid service ensuring it stayed that way), and located in the quiet residential complex. All members of staff and security officers were very helpful. There are a nearby cafe and serval dining options. Laughing Buddha restaurant, in particular, was great. The wireless internet could be faster. All members of staff were very helpful. We had a lovely time in Mumbai, especially for wedding shopping. The facilities were excellent. Our driver arranged for the pick up to the airport which we found an excellent job. Customer services was extremely helpful during booking process. Enjoyed our stay at lovely apartment. All staff were very attentive, helpful were very prompt in dealing with a few minor glitches. Thank You.  Maid amazed us by her lightening efficiency, cheerful & hardworking attitude. The security did a great job screening everyone who comes to visit or delivery. The manager of the apartment was very helpful, they managed a taxi for us to the airport almost at once when the call-cab company stood up. Space is very thoughtfully done up. high-speed wifi, kitchen well equipped. We ordered lunch on one of the days from lunch service on the 6th floor, it was fantastic. There's a cafe coffee day nearby if you need espresso in the mornings, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Metro is actually walking distance and plenty of autos and taxis around.
