The apartment manager welcomed us to the apartment. He was very nice and helpful in nature. The apostles are very good for 4 persons. Of course, we never happened to stay in the house during the daytime since we were holidaying of our else shopping. We never gave the maid the opportunity to clean the apartment since we were always on the move. We are thankful to the manager since they have provided the details of hotels who could supply food late night 22.30. Mumbai Holiday Apartment - The visual orientation and layout of the furniture concluded a homely environment and the statement 'feel right at home' was correct in this context.  The television was great and hugely used to the fact of watching all the football games, which would be a common routine back at home (UK).  The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and tidy and spaced out which diminished any feeling of claustrophobia.  The location was great in the sense being central of the city and at a point where transportation was easily accessible and main hot spots were only 20 minutes rickshaw drive away.  The food was free flowing with good takeaway spots frequently used at times when we were too tired to go out,  speaking of going out, some of the best restaurants I have been to were a five minutes walk from the flat.  With Curry Twist and the Cake Shop (opposite) being a favorite. - Continue from Harshi Shah

The simplistic necessities of hot running water and good sleeping facilities went down as an eastern luxury.  Any daily items we needed like bread, milk, soft drinks was a simple call away where a person was in hand to deliver these to our doorstep.  The kitchen had everything you needed, where we mostly used the toaster, fridge and micro. For those fitness fanatics there was the swimming pool outside the lobby, with a badminton court and neighbouring gym, all of which could be used at anytime.  The reception was very helpful and provided extra security as non-residents would not be allowed to enter without permission. To sum it up, the place was fantastic and if we were to go back to Mumbai, we would always want to stay at the home away from home!, Mumbai Holiday Apartment. Mumbai Holiday Apartment was fantastic; it was bright, airy and very tastefully decorated. It is also situated in a residential complex and so for two women visiting India on their own we found it safe and welcoming.   The added security at the front of the complex and in the foyer meant that no one was allowed to come up to the apartment without us knowing. The flat felt like home away from home as the amenities provided such as the fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine made you feel like you could settle right in.   You can also use the swimming pool and the club house if you feel energetic.   The Gym is modern and there is a steam room in each of the male and female changing rooms.   To feel like you were really in the relaxing mood. Butter and other vegetables by phone and they would be delivered within the hour.  You also have the added extra bonus of the bread and eggs man visiting every evening and so even this meant that you never ran out of the necessities. I stayed at the apt for just over 2 weeks in April. It was a little tricky to get to, but thankfully I had to work colleague who took the directions from Vishal and we found the complex and apt really easily. The apt was just as it was described on the site. The booking process, check in and check out were straightforward, great team. Staff based in the UK is very friendly and helpful, and the team in Mumbai are great. Members of staff couldn't have been more helpful. I had a very enjoyable stay and the apartment was great. The service from the apartment manager and made service was excellent. The before and after care from Javid was and very helpful and I was given great advice for my stay. The location of the apartment was very good, close to all the shops and airport. We used a recommended driver from the apartment manager and found him to be very helpful. Great apartment. Centrally located. About 20-30 min's away from the airport depending on traffic. Key drop off/pick up etc was really great. We were late and arrived at mid-night. Vishal was there to greet us and set us up. The next morning, a member of staff was there, ready to fetch everything we could possibly need from the local grocery store. Ola taxi was available within 2 minutes of booking. The locals in the building were super friendly. There's a cafe coffee day about a 1-minute walk away.
